Sign Language Interpreter
Provide sign language interpretation services for attendees who need this; interpret talks that these attendees would like to attend.
- Requirements: experience with sign language interpretation; friendly; capable of real-time interpretation

Maintenance – filled
Monitor water stations and refill as needed; monitor trash and compost receptacles and empty as needed.
- Requirements: tough heavy-lifter who can tolerate trash and carry heavy water jugs

Staff tables for exhibitors who cannot provide staff; give away food and literature from exhibitor.

Help us stuff 1,000 swag bags for attendees
- Requirements: fast-learners who can work quickly and efficiently and don’t mind repetition

- Location: The CAA Campus Office located at Room 226, Coffman Memorial Union at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis.
Set-up – filled
Set up tables for exhibitors; set up the CAA and Veg Fest tables; help exhibitors carry things if needed

Speaker Monitor – filled
Help speakers set up; be the contact for any technical difficulties; answer questions that attendees may have regarding speaker agenda; tell speakers when they have 15, 10, and 5 minutes remaining; pass out and collect donation remittance envelopes.
